Just because they are playable on PS/PC hardware, doesn't mean that 'everyone' has played on those platforms - some only have an Xbox and been waiting excitedly for these, others may of decided to wait to play 'Free' via Game Pass too. Both Deathloop and Ghostwire are still Xbox First Party releases even though neither has released on their console.
